Preparation
- In a medium bowl, dissolve the yeast and sugar in warm water. Let it sit for about 5 minutes until frothy.
- In a large mixing bowl, combine the flour and salt. Make a well in the center and pour in the yeast mixture along with the melted butter.
- Mix until a dough starts to form, then knead it on a floured surface for about 5 minutes until smooth and elastic.
- Divide the dough into small balls and place them on a greased baking sheet, leaving space between each.
- Cover the rolls with a kitchen towel and let them rise for about 15 minutes.
- Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
Baking
- Bake for 12-15 minutes until golden brown.
