  • 1 cup warm water Water should be pleasantly warm, not hot.
  • 2 tablespoons sugar
  • 3 cups all-purpose flour Can substitute with gluten-free blend.
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 2 tablespoons butter, melted Use high-quality butter for best results.

Preparation
  1. In a medium bowl, dissolve the yeast and sugar in warm water. Let it sit for about 5 minutes until frothy.
  2. In a large mixing bowl, combine the flour and salt. Make a well in the center and pour in the yeast mixture along with the melted butter.
  3. Mix until a dough starts to form, then knead it on a floured surface for about 5 minutes until smooth and elastic.
  4. Divide the dough into small balls and place them on a greased baking sheet, leaving space between each.
  5. Cover the rolls with a kitchen towel and let them rise for about 15 minutes.
  6. Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
Baking
  1. Bake for 12-15 minutes until golden brown.
  2. Serve warm and enjoy!
