Preparation
  1. Boil water in a large pot, add the pasta, and cook according to package instructions until al dente. Drain and set aside.
  2. In a large skillet over medium heat, melt the butter until foamy. Add the minced garlic and sauté until fragrant, about 1 minute.
  3. Add the ground beef to the skillet, breaking it apart with a spoon. Cook for about 5-7 minutes until browned and cooked through.
  4. Season the beef generously with salt and pepper.
  5. Add the drained pasta to the skillet and toss everything together, coating the pasta in the mixture.
  6. Sprinkle in the grated Parmesan cheese and chopped fresh herbs. Mix until well combined.
  7. Serve immediately, garnished with extra herbs and cheese if desired.

Notes

Store leftovers in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 3 days. Reheat by gently warming on the stove. For variations, consider using ground turkey or a vegetarian substitute like lentils.
