Method

Prepare Yeast Mixture
  1. In a small bowl, mix the warm water, milk, and sugar. Add the yeast and let it sit for about 5 minutes until it becomes foamy.
Make Dough
  1. In a large mixing bowl, combine the flour and salt. Create a well in the center and pour in the yeast mixture and melted butter. Stir until a dough begins to form.
  2. Knead the dough on a floured surface for about 5 minutes until smooth and elastic.
First Rise
  1. Place the dough in a greased bowl, cover it with a clean towel, and let it rise for about 1 hour, or until it doubles in size.
Shape Rolls
  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C). Once the dough has risen, punch it down, divide into small pieces, and shape them into rolls.
  2. Arrange the rolls on a baking sheet, cover lightly, and let them rise for another 30 minutes.
Prepare Garlic Butter
  1. Mix minced garlic with melted butter for a flavorful topping.
  2. Brush the rolls generously with this garlic butter mixture before baking.
Bake
