  • 1 can crescent dough
  • 1 cup mozzarella cheese, shredded Use high-quality mozzarella for better melt.
  • 1/2 cup marinara sauce Choose a flavorful marinara sauce.
  • 1 cup pepperoni slices
  • Olive oil or cooking spray (for greasing)

Method
 

Preparation
  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. Carefully unroll the crescent dough and separate it into triangles.
  3. On each triangle, spread a spoonful of marinara sauce, then place a slice of pepperoni and a sprinkle of mozzarella cheese on each.
  4. Starting from the wide end, roll up the triangle dough, pinching the ends to seal.
  5. Place the rolled crescents on a greased baking sheet.
  6. Bake for 12-15 minutes or until golden brown and the cheese is bubbling.
  7. Allow to cool slightly before serving.

Notes

Serve warm with extra marinara sauce for dipping. Store leftovers in an airtight container for up to 3 days or freeze for up to a month. Reheat in a preheated oven at 350°F (175°C) for about 10 minutes.
